In order to make things run smoothly and to satisfy as many patients as possible your attention is drawn to the following

• Treatment appointments are scheduled to fit into a 6 - 8 week window.
• There are a limited number of after school appointments.
  We try and schedule all student appointments so that they occur outside of school hours. However, some flexibility is required. You may not be able to get your first choice of appointment time and some appointments may have to be scheduled during school hours. We are more than happy to provide you with an appointment note for your school.

We would appreciate 24 hours notice should you wish to change your appointment; otherwse a failed appointment fee of $50.00 will be charged.

After two breakages, there will be a charge of $50.00 per bracket.
